When i turn on my tap only a small ammount of water comes out. also i have a ceramic tap and dont know how to remove this thanks

Remove the knob it's either screwed or clipped on
Then with a spanner/wrench unscrew the exposed barrel - anticlockwise and fit replacement
If you look at other [washer type] taps the process is the same
Do make sure to TURN OFF the water supply first
