When I turn on the monitor the screen doesn't come on. When it does come on it is full of static and there are horizontal lines moving up and down. It will flash on and off with the static lines and then stay off for a few minutes. Sometimes it will come on after 5 - 10 minutes or I will get frustrated and turn everything off. I have checked all connections and they are tight. I have rebooted the computer and no change. Does this mean my monitor is dying??
