I had the same problem with my Asko W6021 washer, and since the "bumper to bumper" warranty had expired I decided to open it up and have a look. The 3-way inlet valve was continually open to the "prewash" hose, and when I took the screen off, I found that an o-ring attachment point had cracked off. I called the company's parts warehouse in Texas. If you look in the parts catalog (first google hit when I searched "Asko W6021 parts catalogue PDF") it's part #15 in the "upper session." Assuming you've got the same washer as me, it's part # 8061757. I called their parts warehouse ((866) 223-5549) and they're overnighting the part for less than $100 including overnight shipping. Keeping my fingers crossed...
