A run window will open type in "CMD" NOW in the black window that opens type in ipconfig and click on the enter button on the keyboard and you scroll through the window page you will get a default gateway that will be your router address if it's 0.0.0.0 or 169.254.254.254 then in the same window type in ipconfig /release(ipconfig ,a space and then release) wait for about 5 minutes and then type in ipconfig /renew(ipconfig, a space and then renew). Now type in ipconfig and you should get your default gateway(the ip address) of the printer
