It won't get through the exhaust unless it was under water for days, it would have gone through the air intake and now you have hydraulic lock, you need to remove the spark plugs and then turn the engine over to blow all the water out, don't try and start the engine as you will bend something and the Conrod will be the first to go, hope this helps
