Report "WHen I'm Not traveling, I take my top carrier of my vehicle and place it in the garage. When I went to use it last wee, I placed it back on top of the car, and went to open it. The key fit into the lock, but would not turn it. I tried both sides and had the same results. When I store the carrier, I do so by strapping it straight up agains the wall. It is actually lying on the tail end of the carrier. Could that Have anythig to do with why it doesn't open? I need to know what I shouold do to resolve the matter?"
