When is the best time to check my sugar before i eat are after i eat?
I have type 2 diabetic but i am not take anything for it the doctor told to watch what i eat and walk 15 to 30 minutes a day.

I am type II. ...I QUIT ALL soft drinks - PERIOD!! ..QUIT ALL cookies, candy, cakes, doughnuts, most bread, pizza, pancakes,waffles, most fruit, ANYTHING with sucrose, fructose, cane sugar, ..anything with sugar... lost 20+ pounds.. got more active... Dropped my sugar from 375 to 88 in 6 weeks..Doc checked it twice in 2 weeks,, My A1C has been 6.6 - 6.2 since the big drop... ITS HARD!!! But you are worth it... I feel better!! ..quitting SWEET TEA was the hardest... learn to love unsweet tea!
you don't eat no bread now? my A1C was 6.0 the last last time i check it octomber of 2016 i do eat wheat bread i am 5' and 4" tall weight 170 will sugar cause my skin to get dark?
???.. very very little bread..its hard!. you should have your A1C checked quarterly..
