The beaters push the mixture up against the side of the bowl creating a gap between the beaters and the mixture. The mixture has to be removed from the bowl. It looks as if the beaters are not close enough to the side of the bowl to remove the mixture and produce a proper mix. My wife and I are not happy with the operation of the mixer. Could you advise, please
