When my car gets warmed up the transmission begins to shift really hard,I just changed from 15'' tires to 16'' tires so I'm wondreing if this has anything to do with it

It's not the tires your trans my need a good flush and filter change I would add some lucus trans additive it will help smooth out the hard shifting
What else was done to the car? What mileage? Was the engine compartment cleaned?
