When plugging in my Ipod, it comes up with a message saying "the currently attached accessory is not supported by this Ipod". What does this mean? And how do I fix it?

Firstly try and upgrade your unit.
have you tried it with any other ipods, if they work then it is either the ipod of the docking arm could be afault.
if the serial number starts with zOO or Z100 and the unit has not already been send back to b and w, it will have the defective power supply unit, so you could contact b and w service, ask them about your unit, get the power supply fixed (even though it has not failed yet) and they will check the system over.
