When pressing the power button, the fans only come on. I checked all the connections, and tapped the power button, the fan can on briefly then it booted up. Why do this happen, and how can I prevent it from happening again

There are a number of causes but the most likely cause is a faulty power supply. Try a different power cable to the power supply first, then try a different power supply to see if this solves the problem.
