When scanning 35m negs the preview shows a green block with no scan its a epson v800 but will scan prints, oniy happening on the negs
I am scanning colour negs. then after preview it only works when the setting is on black and white even though its a colour negative. Other times its a green block. The scanner has been cleaned.
