When takeing blood pressure with my walgreens model hd2ooo it gets so tight on my arm it hurts & i get a very high reading. sometimes it goes up to 196 over 98 & i have to relese it. when i go to the doc i never have over 126 over 78. please let me know if thier is a way to adjust it. thank you james kinnear

Unfortunately, there i no way for the consumer to make adjustments to the unit. Your monitor may need to be re-calibrated. Contact HoMedics Customer Support at 800-466-3342.
