When the dough is kneeding, the pan unseats from the machine and pops up off of the bottom stopping the kneeding process. Does anyone know how to fix this problem. I may need one of those black (I dont know what its called - agitator)that the pan clicks into

Most of the time you will need a pan . the paddle berrings are freezing up and to keep the motor from burning up it is set up to pop the pan up .turn the paddle from underthe pan and from inside the pan it should turn real easy if not theres your problem
