When the monitor is switdhed ON, it comes ON for 2sec. then reset
When the monitor is switdhed ON, it comes ON for 2 sec. then switches OFF for 2 sec and keeps repeating this sequence. The main monitor switch light toggles when it comes ON and OFF sequence
