When tryimg to open an image file, I get a server error message stating " The other program is busy...select "Switch to" to fix"" The dialog box repeatedly comes up when switch to is selected until finally it will alow me to open an image. This is a stand alone pc, not on a network, and this error comes up even with no other programs running. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. Same problem happens. It did not happen for the first couple of years using photoimpact pro 8.5
