When trying to cash out customers either by cash or credit card, computer randomly will put check onhold status. I suspect that at the end of day if this was a credit card transaction it would not have been submitted to the total amount of charges. Consequently which would result to a loss of revenue. Onhold occurs up to 5 times a day. Help Please!!
