When trying to upload my pictures to the viewer, I plug my camera in via the usb cord provided, and my camera will not turn on. I have done everything by the book... installed the software, turned off the camera, plugged the usb from camera to PC, and the camera will not turn on. Not by the play button (as the guide instructs) or by the power button. help please!
