When trying to view wallpapers on my phone phone says unsupported. when taking memory card out of phone i can view everything ok. do i need to replace my memory card

No you dont need to replace you memory card the wall paper has someting in it the phone does not like Ive had a couple with my samsung that way copy them to you r computer or format the memory card first
