When turning my Vitamix product on high it runs for about 45 seconds and then it shuts off. I then have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes before I can reuse the product
It sounds like the motor is overheating, how long will it run with no beaker on it? If still 45 seconds I'd say new motor time. If it runs for 5 or 10 minutes then I would say replace the blade and bearing assembly in the beaker.
