When we inserted a new game cartridge (Pet Pals made for Leapster & Leapster 2) we get a question mark on the screen. We've changed the batteries and the old game cartridges are working fine. Please help!

Its not recognizing the game, contact is probably dirty. take an eraser and rub the contacts of the cartridge and get them super clean, blow out ALL the debris and that should fix it.
