Hi shiana, On the right side of your copier is a "box" called the duplex unit.It really is a silly *** box LOL.Now....either it is not firmly latched to the copier .......OR....the metal tab on the main copier is bent so that even if you put the duplex unit firmly in place ........the little switch on the duplex unit is still not :satisfied: And we hate that. I bet ya got it fixed in a jif. take care :-)
