When we went to set-up the nursery center we received as a gift the end rails were snapped into place and the the bottom was pushed down without the side rails in place. We lifted up the bottom and the side rails won't snap and the end rails won't unlock. Email address is [email protected]

There is a site, where you can get free downloads of manuals on just about anything. Go to manualsonline. you can search for the manual by the maker and type. then down load, and print. I hope they have yours. good luck, hope this helps
