When will the software update be available for "keyword" problems I'm having with my Samsung Rugby phone? When hands free dialing, with my Parrot, the unit onty dials the default number or the first number in line and will not bring up the other number choices ie. " cellular" , "home", "work", etc

Ask parrot is the best answer i can can give, go to parrot.com and follow contact us to send an enquiry. I do speak to parrot regularly and i know that some samsung phones are them lots of problems.
