Whenever i pull out the head on my grohe ladylux faucet, water starts to run back along the hose and down under the sink. i've replaced the head itself and the o ring but it still does it. can anyone help me? hg

Call grohe and have them send you the hole unit hose and all they warranty it it for life it is obvious there is a slite crack in the head base, they will send it for free
