Whenever I push the Bissell Proheat the brushes catch on carpet
Whenever I push the Bissell Proheat the brushes catch on the carpet and it "jerks". Works fine when you move it backs towards you. The brush appears to be too low but I can't find any adjustment or part that appears to be broken.
