Whenever I try and pull a shot on my espresso machine, the "constant flow" led starts blinking, and water will not stop dispensing until I hit the "stop" button (does not stop automatically when shot is done pulling)

There is a problem with the flowmeter, it is located under the drain tray with 3 electrical connectors to it. The flashing means it cannot read the magnet on the wheel. You might have to replace the flowmeter. First try programming a button on the side that is not working, if it does not hold the program then it is the flowmeter.
