Whenever i try to burn a dvd it says "writing speed for dvd is not correct please insert another cd with correct writing speed ' what shud i do?? i m using sony vaio with windows 7

Check if your DVD disks is compatible with the DVD drive
and then when you burn the DVD use the lowest speed to burn the dvd
