Are you sure it's a Huffy? The only "No Mercy" I know is made by Rooster (A UK company). Anyhow, if it is a 990 style brake the first gen canti parts work fine (based on your description it's hard to tell what part you need). Any bike shop should have it. How did this break? If this broke there are probably more wrong with the bike then this brake piece.
This should be a fairly standard part found at just about any Bike Shop. If you have a shop in your area that specializes in BMX style bikes, it is a sure thing. Take the bike in so they can match up the part exactly and your good to go.
