Where can I find a service manual or schematic for this device?
I have an APC BF280C UPS and its inverter stopped working. I replaced the battery and checked the fuses but the "battery power supplied" outlets never get voltage, even when the unit is plugged into AC power. I would like to repair it if possible.

User Manuals are no longer available. Internet searches turn up only manuals for the United Kingdom version (BE325-UK). Sadly, such links are usually marked as "BE325" or BE325R" because most people are ... well, see assumption below.
No service information (schematics, etc.) was ever available; and never will be. To be frank, manufacturers of this type of equipment start out with the assumption that all users are em oh are oh ens -- an idea the Internet does not dispel, sadly -- and should never, ever be allowed to open the case. I suspect they will gladly permanently seal the battery into the case if they ever find a battery technology that can last as long as the warranty period. LOL
