Model Number 398AAW036080D Product # 398AAW036080AEBA Need to know the correct name and or part number for the Black metal Condensate pan that bolts to the side of one of the burners, corodes and leaks water on the floor. I'm sure I do not have the only furnace that has or had the problem. This pan is around 4" tall and around 12'" long
