The battery is not a coin cell at all (not a CR3032 like seen on desktops) it is rechargeable soldered down battery. ml1220 is my guess. if you had called them they tell you "only our shops can fix that" and a phone number in the manual if you read it. yes the battery is sold, but I ask you now, are you removing 40 screws to that I BET NOT. am I right?
