Where can I purchase bulb FHD40EL
Bulbs/2 of them are not "one inside the other"...2 circular bulbs. The smaller bulb is slightly off set from the larger bulb. I have looked everywhere. It was mfg by Westinghouse.

Have you tried contacting Westingtonhouse? Also, If you have a lightbulb store like Lightbulbs Unlimited, They might have it or can get it for you.
