You're going to be hard pressed to find that exact part. What I would do is start looking into replacing it with a universal thermostat. Here's one that I've used before that usually works with very little modification: Appliance Parts and Accessories Repair Appliance Parts Discount Parts...
Give it a shot. What have you got to lose? It's cheaper than buying a new wall oven!
Hi Connie I don't know from in what country you will be getting this for but from what I found be prepared to pay $150 to $200 for it. Myself from what I see the newer oven technology has not changed much other then they are not built to last like your oven was. Yes it will be one of the most expensive parts to replace but your oven will be like now again for possibly many years to come. My old Gibson I've had over 25 years and it was used when I got it and only had to replace the bottom bake element. Here is the url where I found the part. http://www.appliance-parts-warehouse.com/kenmore-parts/Kenmore-Range-Parts/Kenmore-Parts-2784218590/Kenmore-Parts-165049.cfm
If replacing it yourself it might help to make a diagram of which wire went where and of course be safe and make sure you shut off the main power before u start. Good Luck
