The fuse should be located in either the fuse box on the side of drivers side dash board or in the box located under the steering wheel. If you have already replaced the fuse try replacing the isu fuse under the dash it is the main fuse for box and the electrical fuses in it if it don't work none will properly if at all. My clock goes off at times but I only have to beat on the dash above it (bad connection). You may want to try that and see if you can restore it. I need to take the connector off the clock and spray some tuner cleaner into the contacts and put it back. Let us know if that does or doesn't fix it.

Check radiator for leaks if not water pump or blown head gaket issue
