If there are plug in spots for audio and mic on the display, then you can plug them in there, although there will need to be a similar cord going from the display to the computer for this to work; otherwise there should be a mic and audio port on the computer, either in the front of back, if your computer has sound capabilities. Another option is some speakers have a headset port on them for audio.

Your monitor may not have an audio connection built in.
You'll have to use the speaker and mic jacks on the computer if there are none on the monitor.
