Where is headlight flash relay located?
When I turn on the high beams both right side head lamps go out. Have changed the right front relay and bulb failure module with no change in the problem.the next component in the wiring diagram is the headlamp flash relay. It is not on the left or right inside fender wells.I did verify that all fuses were good.

Under hood, driver side, front side of strut tower, mounted on fender-well...
or
Under the windshield washer bottle... little further forward...

Just a thought ... but if you see battery on those leads... Lets remember to check those grounds... (green wire)
