There was a power outage and a red light will come on at the bottom of the tv but it will not turn on and show a picture with either the remote or manual buttons. I unplugged it for about five minutes and plugged it back up with no change. I then looked for a reset button and couldn't find one so I opened it up to find a fuse but can't find one. I don't know much about electronics but I know what a fuse looks like in a car and saw nothing like it anywhere. What do I do now?
