It should be right on top of the battery on the drivers side of the engine compartment. They may be a plastic cover over it.
PCM's are the last thing I consider when diagnosing a vehicle. In the last 20 years I have replaced less than 10 PCMs or "computers" that have failed to operate as intended.
PCM replacement on your vehicle is expensive and it will need to be reprogrammed with special equipment once it is installed. Making sure this component is the true source of your problem will not only save you money but also headaches in the long run.
