Assuming you mean neutral safety switch, it's at base of clutch pedal in stick shift vehicles and can be a base of floor mount automatic shifter or on tranny itself. Chilton/Haynes repair manual for you vehicle where tell you where it's at and how to replace it. Given the redundant safety systems in newer vehicles I would definitely get a repair manual and go from there. Trouble shooting section is an excellent place to start.
