Where is the starter safety switch on a 2006 kubota 7040 tractor?

Tractor sat for two years. Never had any problems. It won't start with the key but will by jumping selenoid.

The switch is usually under the seat. Pressure activated to start when you are seated on the machine and go off if you get off of the seat.
