Where the vacuum lines on the 3.1 2000 Pontiac gp
I had the plugs and wires change and the guy left a hose off and we think its a vacuum hose and my car is running worst than before the change and you smell rare fuel? What can thus be?

Probably off the charcoal canister for fuel vapors. Usually up front under the hood in one of the corners.
