Which board is bad - my main logic board or my power supply?
I have a Vizio XVT373SV. The organge standby light is on and the TV turns on. Once it turns on, all I get is a No Signal on the screen and none of the outputs are working - HDMI, Composite, etc. I checked the power supply connector pins and get the correct voltages listed on the board for each pin - 5.1 for pins 1-3 and 12 volts for pins 8-10. When I unplug the connector, I get 5.1 on standby pins 1-3 and 0 volts on all other pins on the board. The power board is a Delta DPS 143AP-1. Is my main logic board bad or is my power supply board bad. Need to order the right part to fix the TV.

If your getting the "No Signal" image on the screen, the monitor/tv itself is fine.
I had this issue with the addition of a second monitor. That would show for a sec, and then the orange standby.
It ended up being a combination of the on screen menu and the right output / input.
Hope this helps or share more info.
