WHICH IN FACT MIGHT BE THE WRONG ONE AFTER ALL!! I just wish we could locate that darn install cd. Then I could purge all different versions of any quickbook data I could locate yhen I could try a fresh install. At least with the cd in hand, I could pop it in the cd reader and look at how the file system should be set up. Could a total system restore, back dated say by a month help? I don't know how all these different versions got so intertwind? I love her like crazy, but my Mom isn't the brightest when it comes to things like this. All I got from her was, " I was just moving things around and now it's not working". Whatever that means. I actually know all the key and validation codes for the cd...My mother just cant seem to find the actual install cd itself. It's been rough for her lately and invoices need to go out in a day or so. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME AND MY MOTHER
