While driving at 60 mph big white smoke came out of the exchaust pipe than car came to a halt . When i try to start the car , it starts and cut off. Engine starts whacking while starting please help

The head gasket is gone or at worst the head itself, white smoke means coolant gets into combustion chamber, Renault's ECU will automatically shut off the engine and not allow to start it to prevent further damage.
