While I was taking a shower, I moved to adjust my shower head. Lo and behold, it came off. So my question is this-how do I reattach a moen A112.18.1M shower head? I also should mention that there is a fine crack in the sides.

You might need to replace it as it is cracked, as you tighten it that will just expand the crack, if it is under warranty, contact the manufacturer
