While programming my one of the keypad ademco 6151 does not respond. I pressed * and then # sign it just showed me the keypad number18 and then E1. How can i bring it back to life
Panel is ademco/ vista 15p.I was trying to install envisalink 4 while doing the programming my security system just stopped taking any keys or numbers. Please help , no experience in IT.

Check wiring, if the yellow wire is broken/ loose, it will "lock up" the keypad
