While watching tv my speakers started cracking and went loud then just stop working. turn the unit off then back on it works for a few seconds then does the same thing.Denon AVR 1908

I had the same issue..I called Denon support and they fixed the problem. You need to reboot the micro-processor....turn off the unit...hold down A+B then turn on...the display blinks (all the display is illuminated) Let go of the buttons.....issue resolved!

I had the same exact issue.....my issue also incliuded a blank screen on the display. I was told by Denon support that I needed to reset the micro-processor. Turn off the unit......hold down A+B then power up the unit.....the display will flash (all button illunminated on the display) let this flash for about 3 seconds....let go....Problem resolved!!!!
