Wow the door came open during a cycle !! if this happened id say there's a problem with the door lock mech, as that should not happen (unless there's some foreign object caught in it ) and ive seen everything from baby socks tohair scrunches get in there, but if lock is savable id say it should unlock about two seconds after power cord is removed /held for ten seconds and then reconnected (this is normal self ck for machine ) if it still doesn't unlock then id say the entire mech needs replaced ,I will say the solininoid doesn't last for ever
