After pushing the power activation button, power is going from the coal tender to the engine. The remote allows you to ring the bell and whistle. But as soon as you move the dial to "forward," (or reverse), the engine noise stops and nothing happens. The train does not move and the bell and whistle no longer work. Problem 2: We were going to install a rechargable 9V battery but discovered there is no battery power plug.
